About the Author

Lee J. Ames began his career at Walt Disney Studios and taught at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and at Dowling College on Long Island. A prolific author, Lee Ames died at the age of 90 in June 2011. Bob Singer studied advertising illustration at the Art Center School in Los Angeles. He has worked for various animation studios, including Hanna-Babrera, Warner Cartoon and Marvel, and has served as a storyboard director and designer of animation at Hanna-Barbera.
