The first half, on real algebraic geometry, includes papers on algebraic structures of manifolds, local uniformization of orderings, orderings for noncommutative rings, and valuation spectra. Part Two, on quadratic forms, includes generators for the Witt ring, the trace formula for quadratic forms, quadratic forms with values in line bundles, and the canonical class of hyperelliptic curves.
