Synopsis

F. T. Prince's `Collected Poems' presents as a whole the work of a writer described by Stephen Spender as `one of the most interesting living poets'. It brings back into print the earlier poetry collected in 1963, and includes revised texts of the longer poems published separately since 1970: `Memoirs in Oxford', `Drypoints of the Hasidim' and `Afterword on Rupert Brooke'. The book ends with `A Last Attachment', a new poem printed here for the first time.
