Synopsis
A History of Fashion and Costume is an eight-volume set that examines the development of costume and fashion over time - from the earliest cave dwellers to the present - along with the social history that gave rise to it. About the Author
Anne Rooney gained a degree and then a PhD in medieval literature from Trinity College, Cambridge. She has written many books for adults and children on a variety of subjects, including science and history, and lives in Cambridge.
