About the Author

Vincent Branick has been a professor of religious studies at the University of Dayton for the last thirty years. He is the author of a number of books on Scripture and has contributed to several scholarly journals as well as to several other journals of Christian spirituality. He earned his PhD for the University of Freiburg, Switzerland, and his SSD from the Pontifical Biblical Institute, Rome. He is the author of Understanding the New Testament and Its Message and Paul and His Letters (both Paulist Press).
