About the Author
Janet Bolton lives in London and has written two books for children, My Grandmother's Patchwork Quilt and Noah's Ark. Since 1985 Janet's compositions have been featured in exhibitions world, - wide The Works Gallery in Philadelphia, Gayle Wilson Galleries, in the Hamptons, New York; Takashimaya, Tokyo and many others. Janet is also a lecturer and holds regular open workshops in the UK and is often invited to other countries

Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fine. 1st Edition. "First U.S. Edition" on the copyright page of this lavishly illustrated "how to" book by British fabric artist Janet Bolton. The hardcover book is in near fine condition, marred only by a small faint stain on the title page where a former owner label was neatly removed. Binding is tight and square, with no reading crease in the spine. The red cloth covered boards are unmarked, unfaded and unworn, with bright gilt titles on the spine. Pages are unmarked and unworn. The unclipped dust jacket is in fine condition: whole, unfaded, unmarked and unworn. As with all Space Age Book purchases, I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its proud new owner in the same condition as my description.
