About the Author

Nancy Maeker is bishop's associate in the St Paul Area Synod of the ELCA. She has written this study resource as part of her work in leading ongoing focus on poverty in the synod. Peter Rogness is bishop of the St Paul Area Synod. He wrote the final of The Common Foundation and provides commentary on that document.
