Synopsis
When James Brazil was sixteen, he applied for a caddie job at a prestigious California country club. To his chagrin, the club would not employ anyone under the age of eighteen. With the aid of his mother's secretary, he managed to falsify his age and get the job. James Brazil had learned at an early age that rules are made to be broke. As he matured, he became acquainted with under-the-counter arrangements, payoffs, the philosophy of you-scratch-my-back-and-I'll-scratch-yours, as well as out-and-out tipoffs that are a part of our society's fabric.
