Daniel Tkach is the Object Technology Consulting Practice Leaderof the IBM Consulting Group for IBM Latin America. He has extensiveexperience in managing information technology projects in largecorporations, and has led multiple object technology projectsboth in IBM and in client environments.

Richard Puttick is a Senior Consultant with the IBM UK SystemsDesignConsultancy. He has been a lead designer in several very largeobject-oriented projects in the UK and has also participated ina number of object technology projects in the US.
