Drs. Alexander and Annellen Simpkins have both specialized in studies of the mind. They have devoted many years to the study of self-hypnosis and have taught meditative skills to people of all ages. They are authors of twenty books including their meditation book/CD series which begins with Principles of Meditation, followed by Living Meditation with Audio Cd, and Meditation from Thought to Action with Audio CD. They are authors of Yoga Basics and have also written the acclaimed Simple series on Eastern philosophies: Simple Zen, Simple Taoism, Simple Buddhism, Simple Tibetan Buddhism, and Simple Confucianism.
