Illustrated with 48 full page color plates from photographs by Sonia Halliday and Laura Lushington; with 39 being printed on paper and the remaining 9 printed on acetate to emulate the 3-D quality of the dust-jacket. First American edition, first printing with full number line. No previous ownership marks. Two leaves roughly opened with small loss to upper margins on those pages, not affecting text or images. Else book is clean, tight and unmarked with white boards unmarred and all plates collated and present. A beautiful production in very good condition, with a near fine jacket.
