About the Author
Mary Ann Mayo, M.A., MFT, is a licensed family and child counselor and the author of eight books. Joseph L. Mayo, M.D., FACOG, is a Stanford-trained OB/GYN. The Mayos are members of The North American Menopause Society and live in Healdsburg, California.
