Synopsis
The past few decades have witnessed a renewed interest in meta issues regarding the status of the human sciences. The resurgence of interest in the epistemological, political and ethical aspects of the human sciences is mainly due to post-modernist critiques of the practice of human science research. This volume contains a wide range of viewpoints (both modernist and post-modernist) by leading South African scholars.
