Stephen J. Martin, ABR, CREI, is president of the Gwent Group, Inc., a national consulting firm that serves clients in the real estate and auction industries. He is also a managing director of the Center for Real Estate Education and Research and the author and editor of numerous publications. Thomas E. Battle III, ABR, CREI is the executive vice president of the Gwent Group, Inc.
