Synopsis
This text uses data files to teach input and output file processing. Beginning with chapter two, students learn to create a sequential file for output, and in subsequent chapters, students learn to use sequential files for input and output. A chapter on Visual Basic can serve as a primer for a text in Visual Basic. Packaged with a student diskette that includes the sample program for each chapter, and data files for sample programs and student assignments. End-of-chapter step-by-step procedures are included for entering the QBasic program, and using QBasic Debug menu.
