About the Author

JOHN D. BLAIR is professor of management at the College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University. He is the coauthor (with Fottler) of Challenges in Health Care Management (Jossey–Bass, 1990). He lives in Lubbock, Texas

MYRON D. FOTTLER is professor and director of the PhD program in administration/health services at the University Alabama, Birmingham where he resides.
