Synopsis
Ex-used-car salesman Harold Dodge returns to LA to help a friend collect on the life insurance policy for her murdered husband. Their quest for the money is detoured into the Port of LA and into a sub-culture of car brokers, scrap-metal dealers, car thieves and homicide cops.
