About the Author
Kim Heldman, PMP, has over 12 years experience in IT project management. She is the Director of the IT Project Management Office for the Colorado Department of Revenue.
Claudia M. Baca, PMP, co–founded the Colorado Front Range Software Maintenance Association in 1988. She currently lectures and teaches for the chapter in Denver.
