About the Author

Terry Jack, CCIE (#4069), CCDP, is TechnicalDirector of GlobalNet Training Ltd, a UK–based training company. A communications professional for 35 years, Terry has worked with Cisco routers for over 15 years, and also works as a freelance consultant. He is author of several training courses, and has been presenting Cisco and internetworking training classes for the last 10 years.
