Matthew Strebe is an MCSE who began his career in the U.S. Navy, installing the Navy's first fiber-optic LAN aboard a ship. Charles Perkins, MCSE, is co-author of six Network Press MCSE Study Guides. Formerly director of Computing Services for the University of Utah College of Law, he is now a consultant specializing in Windows NT. Michael G. Moncur, MCSE and CNE, is co-author of three Network Press CNE Study Guides and owns Starling Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in internetworking and Internet connectivity for Windows NT and NetWare networks.
