He holds a number of technical certifications, including A+ (DOS/Windows and Mac), MCP, and Novell CNA, CNE, and CNI. Michael Jones is a technical writer and former MIS director living in Seattle, Washington. He specializes in hardware and operating systems for PCs and Macintosh computers.
