It follows most of the principles in the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment and presents these guidelines in quick-reference tabular format for busy clinicians.
Section One summarizes the procedures and terminology of impairment rating. Section Two contains rating tables for the upper extremity, lower extremity, spine, pelvis, skin, and pain. Appendices include tables for converting ratings from one body part to another and combining multiple injuries.
