Synopsis
Written in the first person (which initially can make it a little too fast paced) it revolves around a literary agent Mary Beth and the fact that well - just about everyone connected with her is meeting with a grisly demise. Enter an old schoolfriend with a none too pleasant husband and a child to protect (here we have to suspend belief just a little - and without this I would have given the book a 5* rating); however at the end of the day I had no idea who the murderer was and it was a good twist. The love interest Dan wasn't half bad either and all together this made for a very good read, with a shot of humour and a lot of pace
