1924. The following chapters aim at giving a short but comprehensive account of the most important developments in Modern Philosophy. In preparing this brief survey, I have endeavored, as far as possible, to avoid the use of all technical terms, and to describe the views of modern philosophers in language which will be intelligible to ordinary persons. Contents: Modern Realism; The Philosophy of Mr. Bertrand Russell; Neo-Idealism; Pragmatism; and The Philosophy of Bergson.
