McGinn, Ph.D., is director of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Program and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. William C. Sanderson, Ph.D., is associate professor of psychology at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
