About the Author

Paul Cernick, Mark Degner, and Keith Kruepke all work for N2N Solutions, Inc., a Cisco Gold Partner in the Chicago area. Paul Cernick, CCIE #5383, manages N2N's internal engineer training program and also consults on network design, security, and troubleshooting. Mark Degner is a consulting engineer in the security practice at N2N, where he develops and implements network security and internetworking solutions for customers. Keith Kruepke is a consulting engineer in N2N's infrastructure practice. He plans, designs, and implements networks for many different environments.
