About the Author
About the Authors Stephen Londergan has authored four books about Lotus Notes for IDG Books Worldwide. Steve also writes "mail.box," a monthly Q&A column about Lotus Notes that appears in the magazine Notes Report. Pat Freeland is an independent Notes consultant in the Boston area and has written several books and magazine articles on Notes and other computer products. Formerly, while working at Lotus, Pat was editor of Lotus Notes Knowledge Base.
