Terry A. Smith has served as lead pastor of The Life Christian Church for 23 years. Under his leadership, the church has grown from 54 members to nearly 2,000. Terry is also a cofounder of the New York City Leadership Center and an instructor in its Leadership Fellows program. A gifted communicator, he speaks in a variety of venues nationally and internationally, and he holds a bachelor of science in organizational management and a master of arts in organizational leadership. He and his wife, Sharon, live near West Orange, New Jersey.
