About the Author

Dawne Massey has lived and worked in St. Louis since 1994, working for the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission and writing about the city for the AAA, the New Orleans Times-Picayune, and Guest Informant's St. Louis. She won the Travel Industry Association's Odyssey Award for travel writing in 1996.
