About the Author

M. Afzalur Rahim is University Distinguished Professor of Management and Hays Watkins Research Fellow at Western Kentucky University. He is the founder of the International Journal of Organizational Analysis and the International Journal of Conflict Management, the editor of Transaction's book series Current Topics in Management, and author of twenty books.

Robert T. Golembiewski is Research Professor of political science and management at the University of Georgia. He is the author of over 300 articles and book, including "Men, Management, and Morality, "and "Organization Development: Ideas and Issues, "both published by Transaction.

Kenneth D. Mackenzie is the Edmund P. Learned Distinguished Professor and president of Mackenzie and Company. He has published numerous articles in scholarly journals and several books.
