A Washington lawyer for over fifty years, Hahn has had a lifetime interest in the welfare of the District of Columbia and his fellow Washingtonians. This book chronicles Hahn's social and political life as a native Washingtonian.

About the Author
Gilbert Hahn, Jr. is Senior Partner, Amram & Hahn, P.C. He is a member of the Hahn Shoe family and a lifelong resident of the District of Columbia. Mr. Hahn graduated from Princeton University and Yale Law School and served as chairman of the District of Columbia City Council from 1969-1972.
