Ruth Ravid is a professor at National-Louis University, National College of Education, Evanston, Illinois. Elizabeth Oyer is an evaluation consultant serving state agencies, universities, education cooperatives, technology centers, and school districts throughout the midwest. Dr. Oyer holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology & Inquiry from Indiana University.
