About the Authors

Chris Oxlade is an experienced author of information books for children. Chris was trained in civil engineering and has written or contributed to titles on science, technology, sports and hobbies, from encyclopedia articles to fun activity books. His titles include Kingfisher Readers: Flight and Kingfisher Readers: Firefighters.

Anita Ganeri has written over three hundred information books for children on subjects including natural history, religion and geography. Her books include the Horrible Geography series, which won the Geographical Association Silver Award.
