The purpose of the book - and what is to follow
The purpose of the book is make the case that human institutions are intelligent in their own right and explore the theory behind how to increase that capacity. My new book, available in May, lays out more specific principles for organisational design for increasing intelligence and a "work program" for those who are undertaking that challenge.
