We wrote this book six years ago, as an expression of our passion about the contribution the theatre can make to business. Since then, it has become a fairly accepted idea. Businesses face the increasing challenge of improvising their way to success in a fast-growing market place. As such the performing arts and their commitment to outstanding performance, offer more and more useful techniques. We have now taken our thinking further and are exploring ways of using this development technology in a more strategic way with our clients. Theatre-based training can offer powerful and exciting experiences. The challenge now, is to use this to further business objectives and approach development in an holistic way.
