About the Author:

Iain Mackenzie is a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Kent. He is the author of The Idea of Pure Critique (2004) and a co-author of Political Ideologies: An Introduction (third edition, 2003) and Contemporary Social and Political Theory: An Introduction (1999).
