Published without dust jacket. Printed boards. NOTE: This copy is the 1992 printing of the 1991 Second Edition publication. The Amazon image shows a "Revised Second Edition". My copy does not have the word" Revised" on the front board, but does have the same ISBN. This copy is smyth sewn. Smyth sewing is a method of bookbinding where groups of folded pages (referred to as signatures) are stitched together using binder thread. Each folded signature is sewn together individually with multiple stitches and then joined with other signatures to create the complete book block.
