About the Author

On leaving the RAF in 1974, Geoffrey Abbott became a member of the Body of Yeoman Warders and lived with his wife in HM Tower of London. He now lives in the Lake District, where he enjoys writing, visiting castles and being Mace Bearer to the Mayor of Kendal.
