Based on Liberty's own advice sheets, the guide explains legal rights, covering recent legislation and highlights aspects of the law which adversely affect civil rights. Each section is prefaced with a summary of the issues covered, followed by definitions and powers relevant to the area. The guide does not cover the law in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
