About the Author
Ed Bott is an award-winning journalist and one of the most recognized voices in the computing world. In addition to writing 15 books, he is well-known as a writer and an editor for PC World and PC Computing. Carl Siechert runs a consultancy that specializes in implementing and documenting operating system technologies. He has coauthored several Windows-related books, including the popular Microsoft Windows XP Inside Out with Ed Bott.
