About the Author
RUTH STARKE worked in public relations and travel marketing before turning to fiction writing in 1992. Since then she has published many books for young people, including the bestselling NIPS XI. Ruth lives in Adelaide where she teaches Professional English at Flinders University and creative writing at TAFE.
