NEC Roles and Responsibilities is a series of books that provide a practical guide to the key roles in the NEC4 suite of contracts. Each title offers useful guidance and practical tips, and describes the technical information and behavioural traits that are needed to fulfil the role successfully. Written by two NEC experts, NEC4: The Role of the Project Manager outlines how the roles, responsibilities and working relationships of the Project Manager are integrated into the completion of a programme. The book highlights the critical role of the Project Manager in the successful delivery of a NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) contract. NEC4: The Role of the Project Manager is an essential guide for those performing the role of Project Manager and is also an effective companion to NEC Project Manager training courses.
