About the Author

Natalia O’Sullivan is a renowned spiritual teacher and healer. She also widely contributes to national newspapers and magazines on a range of holistic health issues. She co-authored The Body Shop Book of Wellbeing and Soul Rescuers, and is a regular contributor for Spirit Magazine and Light magazine for the College of Psychic Studies.
