About the Author
Deborah Fielding, RGN, HV, MBAWAc, is a qualified nurse, health educator and acupuncturist, who has made a special study of the role of exercise in the treatment of painful back and musculoskeletal conditions. Simon Fielding, DO OBE, is the founder-chairman of the General Osteopathic Council and Special Advisor on Non-Conventional Medicine to the UK’s Department of Health.
