About the Author

Aaron Bertelsen  is a gardener, writer, and cook. Formerly the vegetable gardener and cook at Great Dixter, he is now a garden advisor and public speaker/educator for his own company, AKB. He is also the author of   Grow Fruit & Vegetables in Pots: Planting Advice & Recipes from Great Dixter , published by Phaidon.
