Dick Tillman is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and winner of the first three Laser North American Championships. He was a member of the US Olympic Sailing team in 1976 and most recently won a bronze medal in the 1998 Nike World Masters Laser competition. He is president of US Windsurfing and sits on the board of the US Sailing, the foremost American sailing body.
