We have all come away either elated or disappointed at our performance, and afterwards we have all been dumbfounded when that polite rejection letter drops through the letterbox. What did I do wrong? is that familiar question that haunts us at the dead of night.
Having told us How to Write a Winning CV in his previous book, and thus helped us get our foot in the door, Alan Jones now tells us in Winning at Interview that the first thing we require is a change of attitude. He argues that if we treated job hunting like a game, we would notice that the eventual winner is not necessarily the best person for the job.
