From the Back Cover

BACK IN ACTION is an excellent, informative companion to Sarah Key's widely acclaimed Back Sufferers' Bible

Most back pain is not caused by disc problems, but simply by joint stiffness, according to Sarah Key. Manual manipulation reactivates the joints and improves flexibility. Key maintains that the most successful treatment for relieving back pain is that given by using the hands. Her method has put thousands of grateful patients 'back in action'.

Sarah Key trained as a physiotherapist in Australia before establishing her own centre in London in 1976. Today, she sees patients in Sydney from both parts of the world and, through her website (www.sarahkey.com), talks with back-treating professionals and suffers alike. She was made a Member of the Victorian Order in 2001.
