While it's flattering to be named as the co-author of a hugely successful book such as "No One Here Gets Out Alive," I'm afraid I had just graduated from high school in 1980 and was co-authoring nothing more exciting than college financial aid applications. Jerry Hopkins, who wrote the introduction to my current book "Angels Dance and Angels Die," co-authored "No One Here Gets Out Alive" with Danny Sugerman, not me.
