About the Authors
Clive Gifford is an award-winning author of more than 200 books for children and young adults. His titles published by Ivy Kids include Eye Benders, winner of the 2014 Royal Society Young People's Book Prize, and The Book of Comparisons, winner of the 2018 Sainsbury's Children Book Award in the Learning and Development Category.
Anne Wilson has an MA in illustration from Central St Martins College of Art, London and has been an illustrator for over 15 years. Much of her work is inspired by everyday life, pattern, colour and shape. Born on Ascension Island in the South Atlantic, Anne now lives in the much less remote town of Reading, England.
